Operations Coordinator

Reports To: Center Director

Job Responsibilities:
  Oversee all operations occurring at the facility. Manage Mind Body Online, coaching and athlete schedule, front desk staffing, customer service and facility maintenance.   He or she is also responsible for managing supplies /inventory and administering the customer loyalty program. This role assists Center Director and Athlete Recruitment team with other daily business matters.

Most Important Monthly Contribution:  Ensure center capacity and utilization.

Objectives:

1.  Manage Mind Body Online:
  • Prepare and maintain the daily schedule of staff
  • Oversee and manage scheduling of clients in Mind Body
  • Manage client utilization and facility training flow
  • Manage front desk administration and check-in
  • Manage customer no-show call back process
  • Answer the phone using a pre-arranged script for handling inquires
  • Notify coaching staff of absentees or changes
  • Manage all reoccurring dues of clients
2.  Oversees Inventory and Facility Maintenance:
  • Control all equipment lists and ordering for the center/facility
  • Manage the cleanliness of facility by keeping in close contact with cleaning staff
  • Coordinate and provide the supply list for the daily operation of facility
3.  Manages Front Desk:
  • Ensures front desk manned at all times during centers operating hours
