We have all been told to “Sit up straight” or “Don’t slouch your shoulders” at some point in our lives, usually by our Parents. It turns out they were teaching us to improve our posture. Poor posture can be an indicator of a weak core. Our core muscles surround and support our spine and are responsible for maintaining good posture.
