Since we’ve been open I’ve seen many, many very shy athletes who have lacked confidence in their abilities.  They would join our core programs with goals of getting faster and stronger, and have hope of getting some additional playing time in their sports.  Not only were they able to far exceed the personal goals they came in with, but they also developed amazing self-confidence and could often be spotted laughing and carrying on with some of the other athletes.  It’s an unbelievably awesome feeling to think that we were responsible for some of these positive changes in these kids!
