VSP-Champlin has been searching for a new and highly-effective way of disinfecting/sanitizing our artificial turf.  After months and months of searching for the RIGHT product to accomplish this, we were introduced to VITAL OXIDE.  What sold us on the Vital Oxide product is that it met ALL of our critical criteria for us using it in our Center and around our athletes and employees.  And, even more importantly, it will disinfect A LOT more than just our turf!

 

Vital Oxide can be sprayed on any and all equipment, supplies and surfaces (counters, walls, chairs, etc.) and will remain effective for a full week (even after coming in contact with bacteria and germs between sprayings).  It was important to find a product that was 100% safe for our employees and athletes -- having no color, no smell and no skin irritants, but was strong enough to kill all bacteria including MRSA, Norovirus, E.coli and the H1N1 (Swine Flu) virus.  With an electro-magnetized sprayer, which covers a large area quickly and allows the product to "attach" to all sides of every surface it comes in contact with, we estimate it will take approximately ½ hour to 45 minutes per week to fully sanitize our entire Facility.  You may see our staff "fogging" the product during one of your training sessions, but our normal practice will be to apply it on weekends or after business hours.
