As Minnesota’s premier sports performance
training center, we are passionate about changing people’s lives by helping
them maximize their potential through long term athletic development and
wellness. Velocity Sports Performance offers training in a positive, safe, and
professional environment. Athletes in every sport, at all ages and all skill
levels, have the opportunity to improve speed, agility, mobility and
flexibility, and energy systems, while reducing the risk of sports-related
injuries. Our proven training, elite curriculum and professional equipment
allow athletes of all ages the opportunity to train like the pros.
Our Sports Performance training starts with 3rd-5th graders in our Youth program where we introduce and create foundations of overall athleticism in a fun, positive, and high-success environment. Athletes in grades 6-8 join our Developmental program where we focus on progressing and maintaining athletic movement while refining and ingraining fundamental skills of speed, agility, and power. Training for Competitive athletes in grades 9-12, begins to resemble sporting demands. Programs focus on repeated application of learned athleticism to create mastery.

anyone a better athlete, our programs also have specific benefits for

Our Adult Fitness program connects our highly educated and experienced coaches in a small group setting with like-minded people that are positive and encouraging in a fun motivating environment. In these one hour sessions you will be enhancing your strength, body composition, metabolism, stability, and mobility to increase the quality of life.
Velocity recognizes that in order to build a winning team you need to develop, and integrate, the athleticism of all athletes. Team training is one way to insure that all athletes are working together for the good of the team. Training may be conducted as an "extra" practice during the season or better yet, invite a Velocity Performance Coach to join the team at a regularly scheduled practice. Together, players can learn some new strategies for making them faster, more explosive athletes. Whether it's a single session you're looking for or repeated opportunities to have our Performance Coaches work alongside your coaches, we're here to help take your game to the next level.
