About the Facility

As Minnesota’s premier sports performance training center, Velocity Sports Performance offers training in a positive, safe, and professional environment. Athletes in every sport, at all ages and all skill levels, have the opportunity to improve speed, agility, mobility and flexibility, and energy systems, while reducing the risk of sports-related injuries. Our proven training, elite curriculum and professional equipment allow children 8-18 and adults the opportunity to train like the pros.

Programs Offered

Sports Performance

Our Sports Performance training starts with 3rd-5th graders in our Youth program where we introduce and create foundations of overall athleticism in a fun, positive, and high-success environment. Athletes in grades 6-8 join our Developmental program where we focus on progressing and maintaining athletic movement while refining and ingraining fundamental skills of speed, agility, and power. Training for Competitive athletes in grades 9-12, begins to resemble sporting demands. Programs focus on repeated application of learned athleticism to create mastery.

Sports Specific

Adult Fitness

Our Adult Fitness programs are designed for adults looking for a challenging training program. Whether you're a fitness enthusiast, a weekend warrior or just looking to stay active our classes will challenge you. No two sessions are alike, and all are fun, fast-paced, and educational. The result is an increase in fitness as well as improved metabolism, body composition, and exercise technique.

Professional Athletes

The STACK Velocity Sports Performance programs for professional and elite athletes are designed to provide peak physical stimulus that pushes the absolute limitations of elite athletic performance. Due to the customized and maximal intensity nature, recovery and regeneration methods are implemented. Our programs place the highest emphasis on applied and measurable performance, secondarily fine-tuning movement. Timelines to reach goals and exceed expectations are accelerated for this athletic population due to the elite competitive schedules and real-time demands.

Team Training

Velocity recognizes that in order to build a winning team you need to develop, and integrate, the athleticism of all athletes. Team training is one way to insure that all athletes are working together for the good of the team. Training may be conducted as an "extra" practice during the season or better yet, invite a Velocity Performance Coach to join the team at a regularly scheduled practice. Together, players can learn some new strategies for making them faster, more explosive athletes. Whether it's a single session you're looking for or repeated opportunities to have our Performance Coaches work alongside your coaches, we're here to help take your game to the next level.
